stepdown front drum interchange

Will the front drums off of a 54 Stepdown fit a 53 stepdown. I am looking for a set of drums so I can take off the hubs for a disk brake conversion. If anybody has a set of drums/hubs that will work for a 53 Hornet, please let me know.

The rear disk assembly from the Lincoln Town Car will also work. It must be a Town Car, not any of the other Lincoln models.
