'54 Hudson sunvisor for trade

Unknown
edited November -1 in HUDSON
Here are some pictures of a rare 1954 hudson sunvisor I have for trade, I only know of one other in existance.

This sunvisor is NOS but missing three of the mounting brackets but as you can see from the photo they should be easy to make. I would like to trade the sunvisor for a complete 1954 power steering unit.

  • GlenJ,

If indeed that is a 54 hudson visor, Good news, now you know of three in existence. I have the exact one on my 1948 Commodore. It has same mounting, center chrome strip, center support etc. I don't know how to post pictures here on the forum but I'll forward a picture of it on the car if someone will post it. Niels
  • Niels,

If there are only three, that isn't many! I think Jim Harmon has there other sunvisor. Best, Glen

    Glen,

That is neat!! I am looking for one for my 54. I would also like a chance to buy, if you would sell. Maybe auction so all have a shot. Let us know. I was thinking of modifing one to work.

This post is 5 years old, but it still may be available..... The real issue is that the visor was for a Hornet/Wasp. I am pretty sure it won't fit on a Jet.
