This car was mentioned on here before a few months back. It came up again in a recent AACA forum. Passing it on in case anyone here would be interested.

2 photos. The second photo is more recent (it looks like primer, but was said that it is silver paint).
I believe the asking price is $20,000. It is in Roswell, Georgia (just north of Atlanta). It is a very solid car, but does need to be restored. If I'm not mistaken, it only has about 50,000 miles on it, and runs well (still has the Twin-H power setup as well). It's been sitting for a while, though, since I last heard it run. The brakes had been done at the time, but brakes tend to "go south" when a car sits.
Some short history:
Historical “Custom†with documented history and letter from original owner, Harold DuCharme, (Hudson stockholder/neighbor to Hudson President A.E. Barit). Purchased in October 1953 and immediately sent to be customized, then presented to Hudson management for possible production ideas (original photos were taken by Hudson Chief Stylist Frank Spring). $20,000.

This is a custom that even I would buy. Good solid provenance. Look at the first picture with all the old cars in the background. Wish I had the $$$.0

That car was done by the Alexander Bros. shop in Detroit in 1954.0

I certainly agree or even looks like a Lincoln, but I do like the originality of the custom (contradiction in terms?)0 -
I personally don't care for the car, but it must be saved. Sure wish I had the dough.
