A Solo at the Theater
Wish I could've been at the theater that had 35 Hudsons, but alas, it was just me at the local theater for the opening of "Cars". There was supposed to be one other stepdown join me, but he blew the top of his radiator on the way to the theater. We ended up with free passes for the movie and a bunch of promotional items . . . not bad and had a lot of fun. I musta' talked to 200 people through the five or six hours I was there. The looks and excitement by kids and adults alike was priceless.

Me too Rambo. I never go to the movies. I just became single again about 8 months ago and the 4 years I was with my ex we never went to the movies. Never seemed to have time. It was quite an experience and theaters have changed a lot since I last went some 10 or so years ago. Glad we got free tickets at the meet, they are 9.50 out here in CA. i've got a really cool shot of the front of the theater with Ivan car in the center and the rest of our cars on the flanks. I'll try and post it. I keep forgetting how. Just need to do it more or write down the steps.0

Vicki and I made them at the last minute. That's why they come up short in the middle (poster board was too short). I put some of the magnetic strip on the top of the eyes that have the adhesive on the back and stuck them to the window frames (re-useable). The gray on top (eyelids) is also poster board and the eyes were drawn in with BIG markers.

I will post some pics at the theater during the western regional. Probably Monday, it is kind of a pain to do and I need some time to play with it. I post pics, just often to keep forgetting how to do it.0

Thanks Matt but I need to do it. As I get more involved with the car and the club, being good with posting photos will be an asset. I did one for neils a couple of weeks ago because he didn't know how to do it and when I went to do it last week i couldn't do it again. Got to go back over the steps Rick gave me. It's like anything else, once you do something enough times, it just becomes second nature.0
