Take a walk back in time...... I thought that this would be a great place to have a summer gathering. I've been there many times and it's a Magical Place for the whole Family. I've also been there on occasions where the sponser other Antique Auto Clubs . The best day to do it would be on a Sunday as that is the better of the two shows. What do you think.

  • Actually ... U are too late.. NY Hudson club from Albany Schenectady area had a Hudson meet there in 70s when I was back on leave from USAF. Attended that meet with several other Grey beards and some that have met Our Maker... Nice place... East coast equivalent of the CHINO Airport meet that the CIC puts on every year.

    Thanks for sharing

Well then we need to have one down south at this place.

I am a little partial because he's a neighbor, but surely someone else here

has seen this massive collection of mostly airworthy vintage aircraft.

Would be an excellent place for a national with so much to see/do in

central Florida. Here's a link to just some of the aircraft there

Well, while we're on the subject!!! Anybody that's going to be in the New England area the 16th of July I extend an invite to our New England Chapter 2008 National Planning meet in Marlborough, MA

There will be some tire kicking and lying, er, Hudson stories :D in the parking lot until about 10am - then the chapter members will be having a brain storming session for until around 11:30, 12.

Following that we will be touring to the Collings Foundation museum in nearby Stow.

For more info on the Collings Foundation: http://www.collingsfoundation.org/

If you are going to be in the area, drop me an email and I'll send you a copy of our newsletter with info and directions.
