This car has quite a few pics of the interior. Can any of you experts in the field, tell me if this car has original or original looking interior. It is green which I know my Special should have, but I have no idea what the style should look like. Here is what was done to mine.

The last photo showing just the left rear door panel and window trim is correct. The striped material is not original to the '54s. I have a '54 Special Sedan as well and my interior is junk too. The original material is non-existant but I could send you a little bit of what's left of mine for a swatch pattern if you want. Let me know.

Finally this thing is getting toward reasonable pricing! If I remember right, it started somewhere around $5000. A might bit much for a non-running, rusty 4 door! If somebody buys this for parts, please let me know! I need a windshield really bad and can't register my '54 until I get one.

Thanks for calling my interior junk, now I know it isn't just me I would very much like to see what you have and have done to yours. I figure I can't get original material, but if I can get close that would be great. The other thing is I think my door panels are not right. I need to get some better pics. The armrests I don't think are right and I know the GM pull handles at the top aren't right. I would just like to get it back as lose to original as I can.

OK, points there...I figured that if you were looking for material, yours must be in poor shape. I've got all the door panels off of mine and no headliner but the drivetrain is completely rebuilt with 308, Twin H, Hydro, headers and dual exhaust all the way out the back. The pretty stuff comes after the safety and go fast stuff! PM with your email and I'll send some photos, they're too big for here.
