NEED stepdown steering box for Hornet - not Wasp!
I want to remove the power steering pump from the engine (front, driver's side) because I need to put an AC compressor and alternator there. I'm told the Hornet steering box has a 1:20 ratio vs. the Wasp at 1:18; thus, an exchange to the Hornet box makes it easier to steer. What parts will I need to purchase to make the conversion???? All tips appreciated!
Please post your contact info (your parts for sale) and I'll contact you.
THANKS
John

I have a complete factory AC setup from a 55 Hornet 308. It has the compressor on the passenger side. Compressor still turns freely. This will bolt to any stepdown engine and will not require a change from power steering. JJimsresto@aol.com0
