Heat riser shaft

I am re-building the heat riser valve in my exhaust manifold. There are small bushings on the shaft that are badly worn and they are keeping the shaft from turning. Does anyone know where to get them? They are about 7/16 inch o.d. and 3/8 inch i.d. They are about 1/4 inch long with a flange at one end.
Even better, does anyone know if a complete set of "rebuild" parts is available?
Thanks again

I recently rebuilt one on a step down maniflod. Bought the bushings at Ace Hardware as well as a steel shaft. I had to drill the holes in the manifold to fit the bushings .The shaft needed to be cut to length and slotted with a hack saw.I also replaced the pin that holds the spring tension. I used a roll pin bought at the same hardare store. This was a relatively easy task OFF THE CAR with standard hand tools and a 1/2" drill. Well worth the effort .
