Doc Hudson Standee! (Know what a "standee" is?)

A standee is a cardboard figure (often times life size) that is commonly seen in a movie theatre lobby promoting a current or upcoming motion picture. The Doc Hudson standee measures 47" by 24". In addition to the Doc Hudson Standee at this link are also most of the characters from the movie. I think it's easiest to simply go to ebay home page (not ebay motors) and run a search with the word "standee" to find the others.

    See, and I thought a standee was somebody who stood through an opera or show as it was sold out!!:rolleyes:

    No, a standee is the guy I pay to go to the opera with my wife, so I don't have to sit through it! (Or would that be a standIN? I just don't know. . .)
