FS -1947 Super six coupe In TN

I thought this might be of interest to someone here...



I am on vacation in TN this weekend and came across a 1947 coupe for sale. A mechanic bought it and did some work to get it going. He says it runs and drives well. The body looks very solid, some fairly minor rust. The interior is original and in poor condition, but complete. The chrome and trim is all there, but would need replating or replacing. He said it had been stored for the last 20 years. He is asking $3500, but is planning to put it on ebay this weekend. I expect it will bring more there. It is a clean coupe project.
