Parting out a 50 Hudson Question for the experts

The question is should I do it or not?

I have an opportunity to pick a 4 door up relatively cheap and pretty much in tact.

The seller says it runs and drives.

Now. How much call is there for these parts, here and on Ebay?

Or is it not worth my time and effort? Its a 4 door 50' Hudson. Thats about all I know of it.

I have seen pictures of it and plan to take a closer look at it soon.

But would like your opinions on the need for parts of these cars.

I would take a good look at it if I were you. I'd say that the deciding factor would be body condition and frame rot.

If it has extensive rustout of the frame rails (common) it's a candidate for parting out. Since it's a 4-door it's not in any sense rare, it probably wouldn't be worth anyone's time dropping all that money and effort into patching it.

So, if the price is right, pull off what you can and junk the rest. If, on the other hand, the body is pretty solid (floor pan rustout is not fatal, and anyway you can buy patch fittings for that) it is probably a candidate for restoration, or at least 'driving around and having fun with'.
