  • Where is the link to the event website?

I just took ownership of a 1950 Pacemaker Deluxe (not ready to drive 600 miles to the event). We may want to come and see things.

I have sent you an E-Mail. We would love to have you join us. The Pigeon Forge area includes Gatlinburg, Seveirville,TN plus Cherokee, NC. Also it is located at the doorstep of the most visited National park in the US! The Great Smoky Mountains.

Sevierville is the home of the Floyd Garrett Muscle car museum. This is a great collection, worth the admission price of $8.95
Also in Sevierville is the War Birds Aircraft Museum
Gatlinburg has all kinds of shopping an You can even go skiing at Ober-Galinburg on an artificial surface, Ripley's Believe It or Not museum. An Aquarium that has an under water tunnel so you can view the fish from the fish's point of view. Of course there will be lots of HUDSONING going on! So come on, Join Us!

    BJ,

Is there any pre registration or registration for the meet other than the Hotel? Joan and I are going to be staying at the KOA Kampground Friday, Sat & Sun nite. We won't have our Hudson but want to attend all the festivities and fellowship. Is there a swap meet too?

    Dave w.

PS I'll have the Mallory distributor with me..

There will be a sign-in sheet in the hospitality suite to let us know who you are, where you're from, your chapter, which H-E-T you brought (Brand-X if you didn't) and how many miles you traveled to get there.

We will also be selling tickets for the Friday night "Low Country Boil" and will be taking a head-count, at the request of the restaurant, for the Saturday night banquet.

We hope to see many of you there. There are a number of motels in the area, if the Mountain Breeze books up, so contact us for suggestions.

  • Another shameless bump.

  • Bill,

Are you still going to have a swap meet area in the rear parking lot saturday morning? I have some '54 stuff that I will not be needing. Stainless Trim, Dash&guages, steering wheels and horn buttons. Windshield, just all kinds of knick knacks for '54 Wasps.

    We'll be down for Saturday.

Dave - I may try and get to the Pigeon Forge event that Friday - is there a swap meet thing going on both days? You mentioned to me last week that you needed a differential thig-a-ma-jig out of my parts 51 Pacemaker - there is no way I will be able to have that pulled then - however if you do go through Virginia on your way out I can possibly help you. My direct email address is jbatt@adelphia.net - my work #703-805-2550- home #540-582-6828- cell #540-846-5413 - and my name is Jack!!

Anyone who has parts is welcome to set up in the Back Parking Lot on Friday and Saturday.
