HELP! HELP! hELP!

I purchased a 1951 hollywood Hornet that was partially dis-assembled and have come across 2 panels that I cannot determine where they belong, they appear to be a left & right inner panels(they are black) I am attaching a picture of both sides if anyone can help me, I'd really appreciate it.

    If you have a parts catalog, take a look at plate 63, and consult section Q4-20 (deflector assemblies). These pieces mount at the front of the car on either side of the radiator next to the fender extensions, where they support the top louvre of the grille &C. Walt-LA

    I do not have a parts manual, but maybe the info you passed along can get me headed in the right direction.
