Belmont S****s car show
The Belmont S****s car show is one if not the biggest show held in the west. Some 700 cars attend this show every year. I decided to take my Special this year and of course it was the only Hudson. I received a card in my car that said my car had been selected to be on their site. I might say I was pretty honored. It was also a kick to hear the little kids run up to it and say look it's a Hudson Hornet! Gee I wonder where they got that. Here is the link, it's the 12th one on the right side.

I know the guy that owns the Buick Invicta and several other guys that are in the Sultans Car Club. The guy Rich Floyd that has the green Buick Invicta with the scalups just retired from Edison where I work now in Long Beach. Bunch of great guys and I still have my Sultans plak. Ron0 -

Thanks it's very photgenic but not that great in real life. The top half of the car was dull so I sanded it and shot a clear coat on it down to the body strips. Helped a lot and will buy some time in looks and protection until I can get tme to do it right. I really thought the car was in better shape when I bought it but I never saw it except in pictures. It photgraphed well even before I shot the clear on it.
Thanks for the update david, I have three business trips scheduled for Wisconsin coming up. Can't wait for that great weather there.0
