1940 Model Identification
What exactly is the difference between a 1940 Traveler and 1940 DeLuxe Six? Are there physical differences, such as chrome, and is the serial # different?
they have the same wheelbase, motor, etc. Also, how does the Business 6 fit into this? Thanks for any help.

Traveler and Deluxe both had 175 cid engine, 113" wheelbase, same serial number prefix. As for business cars, the only 'car' as such, came as a sedan or carry-all in the 'Big Boy' series, had 212 cid, 125" wheelbase and serial number prefix '48'. (Big Boys came as pickups, cab chassis and panel deliveries, too). The series 40 business cars were only available as a pickup, cab chassis or panel delivery -- these shared same specs as the Traveler.0
