Anybody have an tips on how to avoid pitfalls when installing door weatherstripping on new paint job? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

For one thing, you should probably let the paint dry for several days before adhering the weatherstripping.

USE k GAP RUBBER. YOU WILL WANT TO CUT A LITTLE V NOTCH HALF WAY DOWN DOOR POST WHERE THE BULGE IS. CUT THIS ON BACK OF WEATHERSTRIP. USE GOOD 3 m ADHESIVE SHOULD BE NO PROBLEMS BILL ALBRIGHT
