flip and swap spindles

i was wondering if anyone knows just how much drop i'll get from doing this to a stepdown, at the moment its on cut coils at the front and whoever cut them didn't even take the same amount off each spring! so it sits lopsided on its bumpstops, not very nice to drive! so the plan is to get news springs wound and give it back some travel but retain the stance, but not the lopsided part. if i was a lucky man with time in the factory to just do it and take measurements i would but time and space are tight in there at the moment...
