Perhaps if you'd let us know what you define 'hard' as, we might offer some advice. Have you registered? If so, do you encounter difficulty when trying to post when you are signed in? Does it say 'Welcome, Joe Schmo' (or whatever your name is) in the upper right corner, when you attempt to post? If it doesn't, then you may be registered (if you did indeed register), but maybe you are not signed in for the current session.
