thanks for the feedback on the ZINC carb and wiper motor question

mabie i could clear coat them after they were polished but that might not look too good, also i dont know how well it would stand up to heat and gasoline

i need to find the twin h linkage that bolts on the head

also does anyone know or have any info about vacume washer kits

with the glass jar? i have a cupple photos of them on jets but one was by

the raidaitor and the other one was mounted on the firewall,

i also need a front window thats in good shape it dosent have to be perfect

i also do not have a set of rear quarter wondow visors but i do have the fronts

this is what i have in mind for the jetliner

the car is black but the roof was repainted creme.
i think im going to have the car all black.

the car is striped and on jack stands. i need to figure out my gameplan
to get it back on the road,
i am saveing up for a car rotiserie, a welder,
and a scat blast sand blaster,
the transmission is rebult, so is the rear end, and the 202 is at hagens machine shop waiting for a rebuld,
i am going to put an add in the WTN for ten under main berrings just for fun,but if i dont find any ill go twenty under.
i just got my air compressor setup complete and i am in the very slow process of stripping the car,
i use an air powerd die grinder that is kind of like an oversize dremmel tool with a 3M paint stripping wheel to do the outside if the car, i also got
this big sandblaster tank on wheels from harbor fraight, but it gets sand everywere.
i use an in house vac to suck up all the sand and then i strain it and use it over, i use silica sand that i get at meclendons i can get i think 100 pounds for arround 12 bucks but i cant rember exactaly

i would like to get the car ready for the nationals but that probaly wont happen Right away i have arround 3,000.00 budget

i am also in need of a better paying job i am almost 22

i was thinking though get this

what if the engine compartment was all white with white twin h
cromed head bolts and other hardwere like mabie a crome coil cover
or eaven all the components? the alumimum head would be polished to a high luster or painted with some manafold silver high temp paint or somthing and the block would be black?

The reason you see pictures of the window washer in different positions is that it was a dealer installed option and the mechanic installed it where ever he thought best. I would say install it close to the firewall so that the vacuum tube runs would be short. A white engine compartment? Well you might sent all your time cleaning it instead of driving it.
