Hey, I was checking out some really great photos of a 308 inline 6 in the photo gallery....and...I hate to admit it....but "how the heck is that head bolted on?"!!!

The head bolts are not in yet in most of the pictures. The head is just sitting on.

Dang observant, on both of your parts.



It wasn't bolted down until we installed it in the car.



I just put it up there to have a look before we put it in the next day. Getting lines bent, etc.



Thanks for the compliment on the engine. I wish I was as good at working on the rest of the car as the engine.
