does anybody have a source for inner brake drum grease seals having a hard time finding them it originally has a national seal samuelnv@yahoo.com

Ken, being a rookie at this can you explain the correct way / direction to install the SKF 15649 seal in the brake drum? There is a slight conical profile to the rubber on the seal that appears it should be facing the bearing. Is this correct?0

Ken is correct, the SKF 15635 is a bit "tall." The included picture is of the side that didn't rub, the other side did so ever-so-slightly (only polishing out the part#). My local NAPA had sold me these a few years ago. The SKF 15649 fits flush and is a much better way to go.Just FYI.0
