cowl vent removal

Hello, I have a 1951 Pacemaker and I'm getting ready to paint but before I do I would like to remove the cowl vent but i'm not sure how. I've looked in my body service manual but can't seem to find it. Thanks in advance

Remove the screw in the top center of the screen.  The screen will lower down and can be removed from the front.  There are 4 bolts inside that you will now access to remove  the cowl cover.
