Carb Fuel Bowl Corrosion
I just finished rebuilding the carbs on my 53 Hornet. The engine is a 308 from a 55 with twin H. There was some pitting in the bottom of the fuel bowl and it is now dripping out of a pin hole on the side near the bottom. Is there anything I can use to fill the pits inside the bowl that would stand up to gasoline or do I need to source a new carb bowl?
