1932 Essex Terraplane

Looking to make an offer on this coupe. Transmission will need rebuilt,none of the dash instruments work. Paint has no runs but is a maaco enamel job maybe a six points out of ten. Interior  is really good . Window trim around rear passenger windows are shot . Engine fires right up . Chrome is good. Any suggestions on what I should offer?

    is this the tan and black 2 door from Calif on facebook that you refer to?

    It appears to be a 1932 Essex Terraplane,  with '32 Essex (  full size ) head lights with the verticle crease in the glass lens,  and a Hudson script tail light lens.
    '33 hubcaps and a aftermarket bird on the grill, a packard look a like.

    If we are visualizing the same vehicle, it is 2 door sedan not a coupe.

    I have no idea how the National Forest sign got in there but I’m afraid to try to delete it
