Front disc brake conversion kit

Hello, I am new to this forum. I just purchased a 1947 Hudson four door sedan with a Chevy 350 and a 350 automatic trans. I need help stopping this old gal. I looked all over the internet with no luck, i know there has to be someone who makes a kit . Thank you for your help!

However, for the pre-step-downs I believe you need to use a spacer.  Someone else will need to provide that answer.
