need new brake spring for 36 Terraplane

I'm looking for a brake spring for my 36 Terraplane. It's the one that goes across the top of the brake adjuster from the bottom of one shoe to the other. Would like to get all 4 but at least one to replace a broken one.  Actually would like to get all new springs except for the shoe hold down springs that I have already replaced.

These kits are available at many auto parts stores.  I was at local Napa today and saw the kits on display.   Probably on line too.

Are you talking about a universal brake spring kit?  I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have a "36 Terraplane brake spring kit"!

I ended up having a spring manufacturing co. custom make the springs. A little pricey. Cost me $26 per spring. I had 8 0f them made so I have some extra if someone needs some.

I thought 1936 to 47 use the same springs. $26 per spring is cheaper than paying postage and getting a handful from Australia

In my 'old notes' I have written-adjuster spring H 411. 
Maybe that will help.
