Briggs Body Tag

Last week I posted that my Briggs Town Sedan was devoid of any

coachbuilders tag. Well, yesterdee I went over to the Hudson garage to oil

the rockers in preparation for driving the car over the weekend and I noticed

that it DOES have a little Briggs tag. What is worse, I remembered it once I

saw it but I had forgotten about it! CRS decease, I guess.

The tag is painted battleship gray on the maroon body. What color should

the tag be painted? I imagine it should be gold, but does anybody know?
