original 17 factory race car

Peter - there is at least one of the original factory built Super Six

race cars extant. For many years it was in the Lindley Bothwell

Collection in the Los Angeles area. They traded it to Bill Harrah &

when the Harrah's Collection was dispersed after his death it was

auctioned off. Until that time it was still almost completely

original (have photos taken when Bothwells had it).

It is now completely restored & is in the San Francisco area & have

seen current photos of it.

Of the I believe 4 built, it is the only one I've heard of that has

survived.
