Hudson Engine Color

<< I was real close to Packard Green sold by Kanter.

The green, to be correct, would have to have a touch of black added, Also,

whe verified this color against his 28 model s with less than 9000 miles.



My 18,000 mile 29 Essex has the same color on it (original paint) and my

other 29 Essex had the same color on it when I tore it doewn to rebuild. All

the Essex guys use the Packard Green streight, that way we are all real close

and all the same. The Ford A green is too light >>



Any idea how early this green was used? What color were the early Essex

motors painted?
