sounds like you have a float that does not float or the springs that
trip the vaccum valve are broken. I do not know who rebuilds these
things, but they are super simple to work on. The springs, gasket,
gland washers, and new screws are available from Bobs Automobilia in
calif. Their phone number is 805 238 4980.
Carsons on the east coast has the kit too...he buys them from Bobs
Also the old Dykes Auto Repair Manual has a good explanation on how
