What is the concensus? Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor, Terrible??I

purchased one today (have not received it yet) and it "seems" to have

some pretty good info in it provided it is correct. When I finally

managed to get the Colorado Motor Vehicles dept to get down and issue

me a title and plates, they had one for reference for weight and

original sales price etc.
