Colorado Springs Member?

A couple of days ago I was out at lunchtime stopped at a stoplight,

steering wheel of my '28 H firmly in hand, listening to the slightly

disturbing rattle that my Super Six engine produces so well when a

man in the next car (not a Hudson) leaned over and said something

like, "Are you a member of the club?". I answered, "Yes" and the

light changed. I did not get license number or any other

information. Does anybody know of a HET club member (other than

yours, truly) in Colorado Springs? Being a heavily military town,

people come and go here but it would be nice to have someone to

commisserate with on occasion. Who knows: Maybe he wants to drive

up Pikes Peak, too.
