O great oracles of the ways of 20's Hudson technology, I have a question for
you. In checking the wear in the cylinders of a 27 engine, I found 8-9
thousandths wear in the top 1/2 inch but only 2-3 thousandths below that
level. I checked my 28 engine and found the same wear patterns. Is it
possible that Hudson tapered the cylinders for some reason? If anyone knows,
please let me know. Thanks, Jeff.
