Harry Pulfer and "stuff"

Recently, I managed to acquire a copy of "A Manual For Old Car

Restorers and Collectors" published by one Harry Pulfer of La

Crescenta, CA in, apparently, September 1968. (I am not sure whether

there is still a Harry Pulfer in existence and am open to

enlightenment). Harry seemed to have a thriving business in

reproduction of Radiator Mascots and Emblems and reproductions of

other rare parts and quite a collection as well as extensive files

accumulated over the years.



What I am wondering is whether the business is still in existence

under, perhaps, another name and where the collection is. I did

notice that Don Sommer of Troy, Michigan advertised in the back of

the book. I also am wondering if someone picked up where Mr. Pulfer

left off and whether the "manual" has been re-issued with up-to-date

references and advertisements.



Can anyone shed some light here?
