Safety Glass
John this year at Hildene in Manchester VT. Guy next to us in
fantastic Model T caught trailer with top of windshield when backing
off. Top glass shattered, slicing his leg on the way by. Several
stiches later, he didn't want to leave the car to go to hospital.
I'd been putting off doing the 16 6-40's windshield for many years. I
came home and took it apart that night. Flat safety glass is
relativaly inexpensive. Particularly when you're in that unforseen
accident. We also donned safty glasses and drove around "eating bugs"
a few times too. It took 2 tries for glass guy to get it correct but
was only $75.00 US for both pieces installed. Be careful you never
know.
