Aquadag
For what it's worth: As I remember, Aquadag is used to coat the
cathode ray tubes where it is the stuff that carries the high voltage
for the CRT. You may have seen the black paint looking stuff smeared
on the glass around the neck of TV, Radar or Oscilloscope display
tubes. In that application, it is a conductive paint. Might be good
for radiators, too but I don't know about that.
