***The cover is held on by a taper pin. There is a lock wire through

the pin and screw cap. Take this out and the ball cap just unscrews by

hand usually.

***The joint just unbolts at the flange. Don't unscrew the ferruled

seal cover from the rear or slide the joint off the shaft unless you

first of all not the position of the arrows on the shaft and spline,

otherwise you will get hem back in the wrong position, which leads to

vibration and wear. The covers are held on by round head cap screws.

Watch out for the key that the shaft goes through. This is all

described in the '26 workshop manual. It's pretty simple really, once

you have done it!
