NOS Clutch Discs?

I have the opportunity to pick up an NOS '29 clutch disc. What do you

think of this? Would it be better to use NOS or have the old one recorked

with fresh corks? If the NOS one is to be used, are there any special

procedures to prepare it for use? I passed on an NOS '29 disc some years ago

because the corks looked to shriveled and uneven. Will they come back to life

by soaking in ATK or Hudsolite?
