Hi Paul, have just got from a camping trip over the holiday break.

Will be posting you hubs off tomorrow. The radiator caps are not yet

threaded, so will send them off with your head gaskets later on.

Regarding the clutch on you '26, I would stick with the single plate

clutch, they are a much simpler and more rugged unit than the older

multi-plate one, and give very little trouble. If I were you i would

try soaking the NOS unit in kerosene and oil for a week and see if the

corks rejuvenate, otherwise get it recorked. Doug Wildrick can do

these, or I can do them as well, but you would have to pay extra postage

over here. Check Doug's price, and if you consider him too expensive

then contact me and I'll provide an exchange disc for you for U.S.$70

plus postage.
