Super Six Crankcase
Paul- I would say that the colour of my '27 Super 6 block is
black.
The crankcase is unpainted aluminum. That is on the second series. I
am not sure what color the block on my first series engine is, as it
is mostly iron oxide red. I would have to guess, however that it is
also black.The crankcase of the first series eng. is also unpainted
aluminum.
