1919 clutch problems

I finaliy pulled the clutch on the 1919 touring, and since my

books on hudsons don't go back far enough I need some HELP.

First question:

How many driven and drive discs are supposed to be??

Second:

Is the throwout a bronze bushing on steel???

This bushing seems to fit into a "pocket" that is about 1/4 deep.

Is this correct or is there a part missing (perhaps carbon) or is

the sucker worn out??

The reason the clutch was removed was because it took two

men and a small boy to depress the clutch pedal.

I have a clutch from a 25 and it is NOT in any way like the 19

clutch.

Also where can I get the buttons recorked??
