It is a simple matter to look under the car and see that

it is wrong - if you are inclinded to have the correct

as much as possible) parts made. But I do like the part

where it is STAINLESS STEEL. Non rusting-that I LIKE.

SO, is there anyone who will look into have these

mufflers made - like the rad caps and steering collars?

I would be interested if the price is right. >>

OK guys, I just looked a '27 book and Hudson still used the straight

tapered ends as late as that. The chassis picture clearly shows what can only

be the early '27 model with the spark plugs on the left side.

Soooo, I've definitely got the wrong muffler, but how could I have just

looked under the car to see that? The Coupe has a rusty Midas (or something)

on it now -- sounds great, but probably not the same note as it came from

Hudson with. Is it obviously too big or something?

I would also be a customer for a proper straight taper Super Six muffler.

Is there anybody interested in giving these a whirl? The '29s (and maybe the

'28s) used a dome ended affair closer to the Kepich design.
