Paul- Before you have any made, try McMaster-Carr Co. in Chicago. I

replaced the studs on my 17 just last week, The 17 also has 1/2-13 studs

but mine were 3 1/2" long. I have a outdated catalog and had to use my

brothers to get the currant part numbers. I will do that for you if you

like. If you own a business they will send you a catalog, however they

will not send one to an individual. If you have a credit card and part

number ready when you call, they will get them out to you the same day.

I had great service from them. My catalog shows a 4" like you need, but

the part numbers have changed. They have them in cold rolled carbon

steel and stainless steel. I got the stainless just because of the
