and have the split pin holes line up. So, I just do them up "tight"
and tighten further to get the holes to line up. Not scientific I
know, but there's really no other way.If you want a ballpark figure to
start with, the Jet manual specifies 40-45 lbs for the rod bolts (3/8"),
so you could go to this, and then tighten for the holes, asthe '17 bolts
are 7/16.
