Rubber Cushions for Rear
Paul, I took a look at the pictures you posted for the rubber "donut"
bumpers off of your old Hudson. You indicated that they might be
aftermarket. Well, my '24H Coach has 4 of what I believe to be
exactly the same as yours (I think). They are made of rubber (long
ago hardened) and look like they were built by wrapping rubber tape
around and around the rubber and then forming the flattened area
later. I thought they were original and I will take a look in my
parts book tonight to check it out. If you find someone who can
reproduce them or if you figure out a way to make new ones, let me
know.... I would guess that replacements for the rubber strap would
not be a problem but it is the rubber thing that has me stumped.
