Early Super Six Engine Mounts

I don't know. I found out that they were original on the '26 by browsing

the '26 Parts Book. I was looking for something else and stumbled across the

listing. The book even listed the material as "fiber" causing me to rush

outside to find the ones I had carelessly discarded a few days before in the

hurry of trying to push the job along.

One of the front mounts had even been stuck by old grease to the lid of

my pickup truck toolbox and had traveled around town for a couple of days

without falling off on the road somewhere! All four were found, cleaned and

stored away, now considered valuable historical artifacts.

Has anyone got a copy of an early Parts Book to see if the first Super

Sixes had the fiber isolators?
