Hood Fit?

I have been trying to get the hood to fit on the '26 Hudson project. I

started with 3 1/8" spacers under each radiator ear and have removed 2 of

them. The rad is as far forward as it will go, but the hood still rides too

far forward on the lower front edges. The hood lacing, 3/16" X 1" MAY be too

thick, but right now I'm just a little baffled. Anybody care to offer any

tips on getting things to fit right?

Where do the Electrical conduits for the Headlights come up? I have them

under the radiator mount ears on the side of the shell, but that seems a very

tight fit.
