Lew- If your not getting gas to the carb you'll need to prime the vacuum
tank. These things have a tendency to dry up after they sit for a long
time. It would take allot of engine cranking to bring the fuel up to the
vacuum tank. And even then it would be stale gas. It's the cylinder
shaped device on the fire wall. Just disconnect the tubing and unscrew
the top. Gently lift out the inerworkings, and set them aside. Fill the
tank with fresh gas, If you have a mechanic friend, take him with you.
He will be able to test it for spark, fuel, points, etc. A small thing
like a bad condenser in the distributor will keep it from starting. It
looks like a nice car overall, well worth getting back on the road. Good
