Lost Essex cars and Hudson door handles

Hi everyone in the super six group.

I have been very busy in the past few month's so I
have not had much time to sit and write or work on my 29 Hudson
phaeton.

The first is Where have all the Essex's have
gone ! Well my first memory of car's is my fathers 1923 Essex four, this was
probably the first Essex 4 restored in Australia, it has been on the road
since 1966and still going strong. Over many years of going to swap meets and
rallies Essex 4s are quite rare, however I have a 1919 Essex 4 in
my

back paddock. I  can  not seem to sell to
anyone. The engine # is 11883 and the build date is 3/3/19 and has wire wheels
and all mechanicals are complete however it is missing the body from the cowl
back. If anyone is interested the price is good or I will swap for any 29 Hudson
parts.

Recently I have come across a few Essex Super Six's
ranging from the mid 20's to 1930 . The 1930 phaeton is in good condition . If
anyone wants to know more please let me know.

There are still plenty of Essex car's in Australia
if you are particularly interested in super sixes.

The second thing is door handles, I am restoring a
1929 Hudson phaeton {BRIGGS BODY}and I need four internal door handles, if
somebody can help it would make my day, these are the last couple of
items  that I am missing.

One more thing, I have just acquired a 1929
Hudson standard sedan in need of a total restoration , but it has a straight and
rust free body, also I have acquired a 1946 Hudson super six sedan one owner
45000 miles in running condition , this car was to good to leave under a gum
tree.

Regards
