1917 cast iron crank pulley problem.
In the prosses of removing the pulley I managed to break it. In closer
examination of the pieces I noticed that part of break was rusted,
indicating an existing crack. This may have been a blessing in disguise.
The question now is, are there any pulleys out there that someone is
willing to part with? Also, this may seem like an
elementary question, but how many quarts of oil doe's the pan hold? The
only info I have tells me to fill with good oil to the full mark. My oil
level float is not working and I don't want to over fill. Thanks, Gene
